Four new townhome buildings with 34 residential units to be built south of Grinnell High School at Bliss and 8th Avenue

      A permit has been issued to North Arrow Partners of Villa Park, Ill., for the construction of four townhome buildings, which will contain a total of 34 residential units. The development site is located at the southeast corner of Bliss Street and 8th Avenue, directly south of Grinnell High School. Site work is planned to begin this month, and the anticipated completion date is believed to be in late spring of 2024. Some amenities of this development will include two playground areas, as well as two fenced-in dog walking areas.
