Disney's Lion King JR auditions slated for Saturday, Feb. 25

      Something good is roaring your way. Grinnell Community Theatre is hosting additions for the youth production of “The Lion King Jr.,” directed by Debby Pohlson and Tom Lacina, April 26-30.
        Auditions will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 1 – 5 p.m. (arrive no later than 1:30 p.m.) for students in grades second – eighth at the Loft Theater at Grinnell Arts Center, 926 Broad St., Grinnell.
      Come prepared to sing a short song without accompaniment, e.g. Twinkle Twinkle. Limited roles available.    
    Can’t make the auditions? Limited alternate auditions are possible before Feb. 25 by appointment. Cast read-through before spring break; non-mandatory rehearsals during spring break for lead roles. Full cast rehearsals begin March 20.
