BGM Speech students earn 1 ratings at large group contest

      BGM Speech and Drama recently participated in the IHSSA (Iowa High School Speech Association) Large Group District Contest on Saturday, Jan. 21 at South Tama High School.
      Kadon Folkmann, Marlee Sharpe, Addison Day, Lailyn Dean and Abby Smith have qualified to compete at the Iowa High School Speech Association’s Large Group State Contest on Feb. 4.
   All the students performed in the area of Group Improvisation and received a Rating I for their performances.
