By J.O. Parker Two teams representing the Montezuma FFA Chapter are spending this week in Indianapolis, Ind. to participate in the 96th National FFA Convention and Expo, Nov. 1 – 4. Montezuma is among more than 69,000 people will attend the annual National FFA Convention and Expo, including students, teachers, school administrators, for FFA members and guest from across the country. While there, they will take part in various competitions, activities and events throughout the week. Montezuma has two teams at this year’s convention: Farm Business Management and Conduct of Meetings Team. Both teams earned first place finishes at state competition in April and the right to advance to the national competition. The Farm Business Management team is comprised of Camryn Brennan, Cruz DeJong, Makenna Johannes and Madison Van Zee. The Conduct of Meetings team is Brady Boulton, Luke Brennan, Krista Cheney, Claire Erselius, Luke Erselilus, Broox Stockman and Peyton Tindle with alternate Lily Ferry.
