Montezuma’s Memorial Hall kitchen receives updates

      The kitchen at Montezuma’s Memorial Hall recently received a facelift thanks to a $5,741.90 grant from the Greater Poweshiek Community Alliance. The grant made it possible to repaint the kitchen, replace the flooring, install new cabinets and replace the countertops. The labor was provided by the City of Montezuma employee Erik Kriegel, who did the work during evenings and weekends when the building was not in use.
