Montezuma Bravettes battle hard in loss to Sigourney

      The Montezuma Bravettes gave the Iowa Valley Tigers all they could handle before coming up short in the final match, 15-8, to lose to the SICL foes, 3-2, in regular SICL action on Thursday, Oct. 6. Iowa Valley won game one, 25-22, with the Bravettes bouncing back to take game two, 22-25. The Tigers took game three, 17-25, with Montezuma taking the win, 26-24 in game four. Iowa Valley took the win, 15-8, in the final match.
        Montezuma plays the Tigers on Thursday, Oct. 13 in SICL tournament play at Marengo.
