Montezuma junior high students compete, win southeast district personal finance challenge

     Four Montezuma Junior High students recently participated in the 2022-23 Iowa Personal Finance Challenge where they finished as the top scoring team in the Southeast Iowa region and were tops in the state out of 637 students. Pictured are, from left: Gracie Wilson, Vivian Cook, Rylee Wolford and Olivia Burnett. Each girl will receive a small cash prize for winning the district, and they have the opportunity to attend the high school state competition and cheer on their fellow Montezuma High School team of Colton Benson, Maguire DeJong, Jack Erselius and Kennen Roadcap on April 12 in Des Moines.
