BGM has a new payment processing system called EduTrak. EduTrak will be used for lunch deposits and to process the online registration fees. (TotalK12 and RevTrak systems are no longer available.) Please Log into PowerSchool and go to the bottom left hand collum and click on the green hand holding an apple. This is the EduTrak link. You will need to register your account BEFORE you begin the registration process. Follow the prompts on registering your account. EduTrak will send an email asking you to verify that account. After setting up your family’s EduTrak account, you will go to the “Forms” icon/drop down on the left side of the PowerSchool page. From “Forms” you click on “Student Demographics”. You will go through each form/tab for each individual student you register. Please make sure to input the correct date on each form you submit. Once that is done, you can follow the link on the last registration page or go back to the EduTrak Icon and pay for each student by clicking on the green button for registration fees for each child. If you click on “Optional Fees” at this time, you can purchase Student Activity Passes, Adult Activity Passes, Family Passes and the 2025-26 school year. EduTrak will then email you a receipt (Elementary and JH/HS will be separated) for the registration and optional fees that were paid in the EduTrak system. Fees do apply for credit card/debit card payments. Registration papers can be filled out and turned into the Elementary and HS Office through August 18, 2025. Payment can also be made in person using cash or check. Free and Reduced Meal applications are available year round and can be found attached below as well as available on the school website.
